Finish Line Training programs from Life Time Run

Gildan Esprit de She supports your fitness journey offering Finish Line Training powered by Life Time Run for just $3.10 for 5K training and $6.20 for 10K training. The 8-week program, led by a Life Time Run coach, is hosted twice per week.

Training is available to all registered Gildan Esprit de She participants (Life Time members and non-members), but space is limited; register early to secure your spot! Plus, you’ll receive a weekly training guide from your coach and this exclusive Life Time Run Finish Line training shirt!
